Hi all,
Last week, my connected vehicle settings started intermittently conking out. Then, on Tuesday, it stopped working altogether. As a result, it is no longer communicating with the FordPass App (the app tells me the vehicle is 73% charged - it is not - and will start charging at 1am on Wednesday... it is now Friday). I can therefore no longer charge the vehicle at home when not in charging hours AND it sometimes doesn't charge in those hours. When I click on Connected Vehicle Settings in the car (2023Mach-eX), no menu populates. It either cycles back to the menu or gives me the script I am attaching in the photo in this post - it is an issue in the vehicle, not with the FordPass app. I took it in to the dealership today who spent 6 hours updating modules, found no errors and then sent me home. Still not fixed and I am not sure it will charge this weekend. Anyone have any ideas? Should I factory reset the software? No technicians back at dealership until Monday...
