Last night I attempted to connect to our Mach-e using Ford Pass and noticed I was not able to. I also tried to update the preconditioning setting and not luck. Received an error that Ford Pass could not connect. My wife attempted to connect on her Iphone and the the app splash page loaded and did not go away until her battery ran out.
This morning we noticed her radio presets were gone and our wifi was not displaying and we could not add it back. But her profile was still there.
We recently received and update that stated it was supposed to improve phone connectivity and drop off.
Wanted to see if anyone has or is running into an issue like this.
