Hello, my wife just bought a used '21 Mach E Premium and she's been loving it so far, but a slight annoyance right now is that we can't connect the car to FordPass, no software update, can't connect to our home wifi/phone hotspot (it connects for like 2 seconds and then disconnects), and the navigation can't search up any addresses or locations. I have an appointment set up with Ford coming up next week, but wanted to make sure that I've tried every option I can before possibly having to buy a new modem as the car is just past 40k miles.
I've looked for solutions and have done the following:
Any advice on what else I can try would be helpful.

- Sync 4 reset with the volume and skip button twice
- Fuse 11/12 & 18/19 & 21/22 & the connector cable with the brown tape a couple of times
- 12v battery unplugged more times than I can count
- Master reset twice
