If you have a code scanner, pull the codes the car is reporting. If you have FORScan, you can try rebooting both the GWM and the TCU. If you do not have it, you can disconnect the negative cable from your 12v battery for 20 minutes, reconnect it and try again. If the issue persits, a dealer visit may be required. 2025 models have a known issue where the TCU goes bad prematurely.

Are you using MyKey? If so the fob you are using may not be an 'admin' fob.
Try using a different fob, if available...

Just noticed you have a '25, not sure if they discontinued MyKey on exports (they did here in the states)

TCU frozen or dead. Pull the 21-22 fuse or pull the negative 12V battery cable for 15+ minutes.

If it doesn’t fix the problem then it’s service/warranty time.

Yep, the 2025s seem to be prone to getting this problem. I tried all the things suggested above like pulling the fuse, and disconnecting the battery, but it turned out I needed the TCU replaced. Apparently it's a common problem on these 2025s.

Here's my thread on the issue:

Here's one from the other day (I believe this person will need their TCU replaced too):
