Correct Map

The local map in Navigation is missing a street that has been here for 10 years. Is there any way to correct it?

You can try reporting it to Here (MME mail provider), but I’ve heard they’re not very responsive. Check out this thread for more info.

The best remedy is to use Apple or Google Maps with CaPlay

I reported the errors editing the map to HERE Map Creator. After a couple of months the OTA map update I received had the corrections I had edited before.

I followed advice and went to "Here" to report the error. When the map displayed, the street was correct. I'll have to check on my Nav today to see if it is now correct there.

Correct. At the end of 2022, I corrected a speed limit issue, and it shows correctly on HERE, and still hasn't been updated in the vehicle.

Update - last week while driving I noticed that the speed limit on my local road, which I had had HERE update from 25mph to 55mph at the end of 2022, now read 55mph. Therefore, it appears we got a map update around end of June sometime.

Same here. i have corrected a few speed limits on my drive to work, back during the summer and now 5 months later they are still incorrect on the map in the car.

Prior post shows it took 7 months or so.
