Creaking noise

When I slowly pull away from stop I get a creaking from ths OSF, if I am on an incline with the brakes on and pull away slowly the creaking noise is more pronounced , so much so people turn around, I have been told by Ford that unfortunately automatic cars do this, I tried the same incline with a sales Mach E and no creaking whatsoever , if it helps she's an Extended Range RWD 19th Jan 2022

the brakes grabbing the rotors of a 5000 lb car, it's normal
