My 2021 mach e, job1, has for several months been putting up notices that the pre collision assist is not available and front camera fault service is required on my display. I have taken it to the dealership 5 times with no fix. When this occurs no lane assist or blue cruise is usable. I know many people have had this issue with many fixes recommended, none of which has worked. I took the car to tutle click ford in San Juan Capistrano. CA, they claimed it was fixed each time for that not to be true. I was sent a satisfaction survey where I truthfully said I was not satisfied and gave them 1 and 2 ratings. You would think the world came to an end. I received a call from their general manager asking me to change my ratings to 5. In good conscious I could not as the problem still exists, I have wasted enormous amount of time and still have the same problem. The general manager then states that unless I change my ratings to all 5's he can no longer service my vehicle. I then took the car twice over to Tuttle Click Ford Irvine with similar results. No fix, but sure as anything, survey shows up. Gave them 1 and 2s. Call from their general manager begging me to change it to 5s. I know their compensation depends on it. Well then do a good job and fix my vehicle. This manager suggested I bring it back again, not going to happen, lemon law it, which due to increase costs for the replacement vehicle will cost me 7 to 10 thousand additional dollars, or live with it. Other than this, I really like the car. )He asked me to raise my ratings and after his pleading I finally caved and gave 3 to 4 ratings, could not give 5 as nothing is fixed. Not sure what to do at this point other than counsel others to avoid tutle click
ford dealerships. Any thoughts or advice?
