Departure Time not saving

I’m currently on 6.7.0. I have been disabling departure time in the vehicle directly and observing it save only to have the car reenable it on its own later. In the FordPass app it shows it disabled and when I refresh the app it then shows it enabled again, same as the car. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I had an issue where my departure time wasn't working even though it was showing in the car and the FordPass app. Ended up deleting from car and app and then reentering it. It has worked now

Mine didn't work the other day despite me verifying it was there. Then, after it didn't work, I noticed it had been erased. Annoying.

It's been inconsistent with me. Started w/ 6.6.0.

Android, on the latest FordPass.

Yesterday, had it set to condition at 11:20AM, walked to the car and it was not doing anything. Opened the door, and THEN it started to pre-condition.

I had set the date/time on the app. Might be time to go BACK to doing it in the vehicle only.

That is interesting, thanks. I‘m scheduled to update to 6.8.0 tonight so I will re-test afterwards.

I’ve always had issues with setting it in the app — it works maybe 50% of the time. I have found clearing and setting the times in Sync itself avoids these issues but I wish the app experience was more consistent

I take it that it has to be disabled in the car, and not just the app to totally delete the departure time? I set it once on my app only, for a single time use and deleted it a few days later, but it reappears within a short time.
