Departure time not warming up the car

I have a departure time set up for several weekday mornings, but each time I come into the car, it's pretty cold. I have set the cabin temperature to "Warm" in departure settings. I usually don't charge overnight, and I have the "Allow start when vehicle is unplugged" set to on. Am I missing something? I have tried deleting and re-adding it too.

Mine has stopped preconditioning completely since 4.1.2.
Is yours preconditioning at all?

I noticed when I set a departure time on Ford Pass it will sometimes miss. I have much better luck making the change while in the car. Also, whenever you get an "over the air" update--it usually erases everything--including max percentage charge.

Yup, the unwritten rule that departure times don’t work without charging(atleast for me they haven’t in the past 16months)

Bug, it works on my car. Double check the settings in the vehicle UI, they don't always get pulled down from the cloud properly.

Unplugged departure times will heat the cabin only, not the battery. I suggest plugging in if you have one available.
