Destination Suggestions. Why does it keep turning itself on?

I can't turn this crap off... My drives have become a routine of turning the car on, going into navigation and manually stopping whatever random POI it thinks I want to go to. It's not like it comes back after a week. I can turn the car off and on and it's reenabled. I've attached a youtube video of what I'm experiencing.

Try going one step further and press the "Remove all MyTrends Places". too. Works for me, at least for about a month. Then it comes back on.

Mine has been doing that too. I turn it off every time and clear all history and crap. Still turns itself back on a couple of days later

Every couple months it does this. Settings in the Ford Nav have reset to “most annoying” setting. Couple weeks ago it was the alarm for a school zone. I freaking know where those are because of all the signs / lights / cops / kids. ?

Just go in and turn off the suggested destinations, etc. I have found myself cruising all the settings every month or so just to confirm they haven’t been reset by The Mothership.

My setting to adjust cruise control speed based on speed limit got turned off with one of the recent updates, either OTA or when it was at the dealer for the HVJB recall, so check that one too.

Big Brother really wants to go places.
For a while mine was suggesting a Pep Boys location where I've never been in my life and I haven't been to any Pep Boys with this car. I was starting to think that they were paying Ford to make it pop up.

I tried that but it didn't do much. Same problem still persists.

I hate everyone involved in implementing this feature from the person who threw the idea out there in a meeting, those in the meeting that didn't say "that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard", to the person who green lit it.
