From the Ford.com support page:
BUYING ACCESSORIES JUST GOT MORE REWARDING
Now you can redeem FordPass Rewards Points for discounts on awesome Ford accessories online, including installation.
Let me say it differently.

The main purpose of FordPass Rewards Points is loyalty. The dealerships are sold the benefit of the program in bringing people into the business. Yes, they now let you use them online. That got added, but you can't use them at for example the merchandise site. And the Accessories.Ford.Com site results in the dealership getting paid too.

Especially if I only earn points on $25 tire rotations lol
Hey! That's $25 x 10 = $250 points = $1.25! That gets me BlueCruise for 13.7 hours!

I actually got some recently from my mother having her car repaired, and buying tires, and a tire rebate. Got over 40,000 points, would have been more but insurance paid directly for some of the work, and they wouldn't give me credit for that. If I had known that, I would have solve that too.

"The main purpose of FordPass Rewards Points is loyalty." What? I haven't been this shocked since I found out there was gambling at Rick's Café Americain. ? Who cares who gets paid as long as I get the parts using points? The points are a free bonus. I was going to buy a Mache E and a Ranger anyway. I didn't even know about the points program when I decided to buy. I've saved over $900 using the points so I'm not complaining.

$900 = 180,000 points. That's a lot more than a Ranger and a Mach-E...

I detect a note of skepticism. Shame on you. Get a Ford Visa and you'll be pleasantly surprised at the bonus points.

Ah. I looked at it. Ford Visa gives you 1% on most things, 3% on gas, auto insurance, tolls, parking, and dining. While it does give 5% back on a purchase, I'd be shocked if any dealer let you use that much (most limit you to a few thousand dollars).

I get 2% cashback on most cards. Costco Visa gives 3% on restaurant and travel. I'd rather have more cash than points that have a 1 year expiration if not used / added to.

I got 11,000 points when I signed up for the card. If you spend $6,000 in a year you get a $200 statement credit. No annual fee. Unfortunately, I have plenty of other cards that earn points as well. :( ?

$200 cash back from $6,000 spend is more than 3% cash back. Hard to beat that! Plus for your first year you got $300 back instead of $200... That's five percent cash back and isn't even considering the FordPass Rewards points that you also earned.

I'd generally agree with @RickMachE's notion that straight up cash back cards are generally better than points. In this case though, you're getting both and as long as you're not greatly exceeding $6,000 annual spend on this card, you're generally doing better than all the typical cash back only cards.

I monitor my annual card spend to hit the $6k threshold... It's actually printed clearly on each statement so this is very easy.

The FPR Visa seems to be giving me a bonus offer each summer, too. Spend $750 get $50 cash. That's more than 6% so it's a no brainier. I just pay a doctor bill in part with that card.

I love the FordPass points and have found no issues redeeming them. I used 50k points when we got our MME to knock some money off (it's not a lot, but it's more than I had before they started the program). I used 100k points when I just picked up my '23 F-150 to get about $500 off. I used I think like 11k? Don't recall exactly, to get the charger storage bag for the MME off accessories.ford.com.

I've used points for oil changes too for the F-150. I love the program.

Only thing that sucks is my main dealer doesn't seem to be one of the accessories.ford.com dealers, so I had to have the charger bag shipped, but even then points can cover shipping!

I have the Ford Visa, and don't use it much because I have a lot of cards that even on similar earn, have way better redemption values. But when I got the F-150 I put as much of the down payment the dealer would allow (from a credit card) on the Ford Visa which gets me so many points, and no other card I have has that kind of bonus at a dealer. Then just pay off the card. I wish I could just accept checks/cash from everyone doing down payments and charge the card because man, that point earn is fantastic.

Is it life changing? No. But $500 or so extra off a vehicle for just letting them swipe a card from the last vehicle is so easy. I expect Ford to nerf it at some point, because honestly it's so easy to earn points. But maybe it's just that so few people are taking advantage of it, I dunno. Again, it's not the best daily driver card, but for no fee I have no issue keeping it around.

I've tried to order several parts from dealers near and far from me on their web sites. None of them have the option of using Ford Pass Rewards points. One web site that I've found that allows the use of points is https://accessories.ford.com/. But their inventory is limited. They don't have touch up paint for example. It is rather frustrating that Ford touts the points program when it is difficult to use them online.
Wow, I can not believe with all these seasoned forum members that I am going to be the first one to actually answer your question with what you are looking for!

Ask and you shall receive, the answer you are looking for is FairwayFordParts.net. Not only do they offer extremely competitive discounts on Ford parts they will allow you to use your points for any online purchase. I have personally used them and highly recommend this dealer.

I used 100,000 points to cash in on $500 down payment portion when I got my '23 MME last month.

Thanks to the '22 Lightning purchase, EV charge points, and Ford VISA card w/ statement bonus and points I had a huge 190,000 points before the MME...
