Disable Startup Popup Message (for diagnostics and tracking)?

There is a popup that happens when I start my car... something about diagnostics and tracking. It says something about it being disabled somewhere in settings. WHERE?! Can someone help me out and tell me how to find this setting and disable it?

Same here, don't know what it is though. kind of startling when I first noticed.

Not that I know of. I've never really dug through the APIM looking for that specifically, though.

Is that the name of the module to surf? As is? Which will be impossible to know the module number and the hex codes to change.

You'd have to dig through the forscan spreadsheet in the APIM section to see if you can find something related to the message with an option to disable it.

I looked through the 2500 lines, but nothing obvious stood out to this novice.

Perhaps it's hard-coded since it's a warning and disclaimer.

Yea, digging through that spreadsheet can be very tedious. Many of those acronyms, I don't even know what they mean. I would agree that something like this is most likely hard-coded in there.

UPDATE (not really)
I disables the gps tracking within the settings one day to test something, and this message did not appear.

Granted, this is a drastic way since doing so removes a lot of helpful features, but alas, it did remove the message.
