Distortion/flip on 360 View

It feels like I’ve l searched to the end of the internet to try to find someone with a similar issue to the 360 image distortion I’m seeing on the right side. The black spot is always there, and the area around it is distorted and possibly flipped (it’s hard to tell). It’s been a few weeks, and I’ve manually cleaned the camera, so waiting it out doesn’t seem to be a viable option. Is there anything else to try besides a service appointment?
