Hello, I purchased my 2024 MME this past Saturday and yesterday I started getting "Door Fault Service Required". I'm a little disappointed to be having issues after only 4 days. I'm currently trying to make an warranty appointment to have it checked out but in the meantime I pulled the codes; it seems the door fault is in "Door Control Module F (DCMF)" and the code is a "U3000:13:8A Control Module" code. Can anybody tell me which door "Door Control Module F (DCMF)" is? When I went to the dealer, they were about to close so they couldn't look at it in depth but they tried all the doors and they all seem to work.

I addition, there were a bunch of other codes in it, but no other apparent symptoms. I browsed the forums and it looks like some of these are seemingly 'common' codes that are just present on these cars. Are there any others from this list I should be concerned about and have the dealer look into?
Code:
Camera Module - Rear (CMR) 3 problems exist
1.B115E:97:08 Camera Module
Continuous
2.B15E1:97:08 Driver Side LED
Continuous
3.B15E2:97:08 Passenger Side LED
Continuous
Door Control Module F (DCMF) 1 problems exist
1.U3000:13:8A Control Module
Continuous
Image Processing Module A (IPMA) 1 problems exist
1.B1578:89:28 Digital Park Assist Camera Vision
System
Continuous
Power Steering Control Module (PSCM) 1 problems exist
1.U2016:47:48 Control Module Main Software
Continuous
Remote Function Actuator (RFA) 1 problems exist
1.U200F:15:48 Control Module Output Power C
Continuous
Thanks

That PSCM code sounds interesting. I haven't had an issue with the MME steering, but a couple of times when I started my 2021 F150, it had no power steering. It did came back after shutting it off and restarting. I wonder if this was the same/similar issue. My 2010 Taurus recently did this as well, but it has only ever done it once.

Thanks, I'll just monitor the other codes for now.

Yep, sounds about right. My codes started 5 days later.

So they diagnosed it as needing a replacement door control module (they didn't specify which one) a couple weeks ago but they had to order it and they said it was on indefinite back order. They called yesterday and said it was in, so i dropped it off for them to replace today, but then they called and said it was the wrong part. They said the part catalog didn't match my car or something like that and they will need to call Ford to figure out what part they actually need to order... sigh.

This sounds like amateur hour stuff... I don't know if you have other places for service in your region, but if you do, consider them next time.

There are actually several dealers near me, but this one is in walking distance of Home so is very convenient.
They did actually fix it this time, they replaced the "Latch Actuator" LJ8Z-58219A64-N and did some recall update.

My suspicion is they originally replaced the "Control Unit Module for Power Window - Left, Front" which is the first result you get when you search the Ford parts catalog for "Door Control Module F" (The module with the code in it). Where the part that was ultimately replaced is called "latch actuator - right, front" and is the 3rd item from the bottom of the 2nd page of results.
I think this is a problem with the naming of parts in software vs the parts catalog.
