Driver Profile & PaaK

Hi - I have an issue I cannot figure out.

When I get into my car using my FoB, it works nicely in terms of the seat and mirrors going into the programmed position.
But when I get in using PaaK, this doesnt happen.
I have checked and my profile is showing as linked to the PaaK, but it is not properly adjusting.

Any suggestions would be appreciated thanks.

Mine used to work flawlessly but I just started having this issue too. Not sure if it was an update on the Mach E or the fact that I got a new phone.

Same thing; the PAAK works, it’s linked to my profile, but just won’t automatically select my profile when it’s used.

I think my walk away lock isn’t working now with PAAK either.

It randomly select my wife’s profile or mine, regardless whose phone is inside.

It too bad they didn't make some convenient button, perhaps located right in the door you could press as you get in to tell the car which profile you wanted. Oh, wait, what are those 1, 2, 3 buttons for...

The car always seems to get confused when both my wife and I get in the car at the same time, so I need to press the 1,2,3 button anyways. It's become a habit now.
