My wife and I have set up two driver profiles on our '23 Premium. The last couple of times we have driven the car (each with our own key, and not the other in the car), the settings do not reset to the saved ones on the correct key. I'm primarily referring to seat and mirror positions and 1PD. Anyone else have this issue, or are we missing something? The appropriate meme shows up when we use our respective keys, but the settings don't change.

Thanks.

I would go through all the profile settings again.
Have you received an update recently? They’re known to break things.

Also, have you been remote starting? Remote start almost always results in a null “guest profile” being loaded. When I remote start I just push the button on the drivers door linked to my profile.

No remote starting, but thanks for the idea.

Did you tie the key to your profile?

I have a '23 Premium, and ended up deleting my wife's profile, because I was having similar issues. I would get in the car at home, and it would be set to my profile. I would drive somewhere, and come back and get in the car and it would be set to her profile, with her key nowhere near the car. (Keys were assigned, and the only PAAK setup was for my phone).

But I never let her drive it anyway... :p (We only set up a profile for her when I was on a week long trip to the middle of nowhere, so I took our Highlander instead of the MME)

Thanks. Very similar to our issue.
