Driver profiles not loading after updating to 3.5.4.2

After this latest auto update, pressing memory recall 1 or 2 on the driver side door no longer loads the assigned driver profile.

Clicking on the center button at the top of the Sync 4 screen (circle with 6 dots), shows driver profiles availabledoesn’t load them. The profiles are there (myself and my wife) but they don’t load. Only the mirror and seat position moves. Things like auto-hold and other driver specific options do not load.

Does anyone have a link to submit a bug report to Ford?

Miya also frustrating that both of our driver profiles are linked to our key fobs. Mine is linked to my key fob, and my wife’s fob to her driver profile. However, half the time the profiles don’t auto-load when the vehicle is started with a given key fob.

One workaround I found (elsewhere on this forum I think) is to make a new "dummy" profile (you don't even have to set any settings, just give the profile a name and then save it). I tried it, and after that was able to switch back to my real profile like normal.

I uninstalled Ford pass from my android and reinstalled. Lost nothing but time. Working better then before.

I've had success with rebooting Sync or restarting my phone (or both) when this happens.

To be fair, that is a work around and not a fix. What about my wife and my daughter's profiles? How do they get theirs back?

For me the best solution so far is to reboot sync once or twice a day. That seems to allow the proper profile to load. Still a band-aid though...

Same here. Adding the 3rd profile doesn't seem to be a permanent workaround.

You don't have to make all the profiles the same.

You just have to make the guest profile match the primary driver.

But I agree it is not a solution, just a work around.

In my case I am the driver 99% of the time. I have taken the time to make sure the guest profile matches mine, the longest setup part was getting the radio/xm presets to match.

Now it is just a slight annoyance to not see my picture for the profile.

Yes, that is what I have done. My guest profile matches my own. I even had to program the home and work destinations in the nav. Only problem that remains is my recent history on the nav. Some are in my profile and some are in Guest. I don't think there is anything I can do about that though.

The girls are screwed if they get stuck in guest. I am just waiting for that shoe to drop....

I am having the same issue, have to reboot sync always to select my profile.
