DRL Running Lights not working

This is new. Worked ok in the past.
Daytime running lights are selected on, but both front and rear lights are out.
Its a 2021 Premium, rear wheel drive.

DRLs on the MME are only on when the car is in gear. They are not on in Park.

You could try disconnecting the negative terminal of the 12V battery, letting the car sit for about 10 minutes, and then reconnect the battery. This will reset the modules of the car (don't worry, they'll not lose their programming). However, if you have already had the recent 12V charging recall s/w installed, you'll need to wait at least 12 minutes after powering down the car before you do the disconnect.

Check your settings in Sync. I believe they can be disabled / enabled there.
Not sure what you “cycled twice”, so just putting this out there.
