EA App Not Working

Is anyone experiencing this? Should I do a reinstall. I couldn't DCFC while I grocer cause of this. No big deal. If I ran my cc through the reader it would probably charge me a non plan rate.

Happen last time we used EA over a month ago. Just used Ford plug n charge and it worked fine. Wanted lower rate but got the charge.
