My app hasn't worked in two days? Juicenet said they know about it, but my friend's app works fine? Is anyone else having issues?

Just looked, mine is not either. It was on Saturday. Simply use the website - https://home.juice.net/Portal

Looks like they updated it on March 26th. Perhaps they are following the FordPass update methodology? Did they not tell you that the latest update broke things?
