Departure set in app, but not working

It‘s probably just a coincidence since there was a FordPass update for Android today that fixed the problem.

I have an iPhone, so I don’t think that’s the issue

This is a problem only with my '23. The '21 works fine for setting Charging Times and Departure Times using Fordpass. If I set the Charging and Departure in the '23 car; that is what will be used by the car. It will ignore whatever is set on Fordpass.

This is being worked on now by Ford. You can set them in the car and they'll show up in the app. But setting them in the app, they never get sent to the car.
