EA charged almost double what I received

This is over the top BUT remember the charger is not just charging the battery it is also feeding the battery Heater and cabin - up to about 6kW.
You can see with CarScanner and it makes a difference especially when charge rate is slow… say 40kW and so only 34kW is charging the battery … welcome to colder weather charging...

Yeah, but that’s not what’s going on here. The kWh shown on the dispenser is everything it delivered including the heating. He got charged double what was shown on the dispenser, if I read it correctly.
