You don't need a membership to access the food court or pharmacy at Sam's Club. Frugal, filling meals await.
I don't count Sam's Club or Costco food options as real food. ?‍♂ I think you can find better food at remote gas stations than the hot dogs and pizza fare that both offer. At least you can throw away trash and use the restrooms. I've been to a few weird EA locations that had zero options for food, like the Econo Lodge in Junction, TX we had to stop at a few times several years ago.

Walmart closed all the Sam’s Club in Washington State. Slowly Costco is adding stations. I went to the one outside of Vancouver Washington and was great!
Hot dogs and drink for $1.38 are awesome. No checkout lines are awesome. I have no desire to deal with the checkouts at Costco after loading up my cart and walking straight out at Sam's Club.

Same rules apply to cafe's and pharmacies at Costco though, for both clubs there are a handful of things that don't require memberships. Getting the Costco chicken bakes is a fond memory of decades past too. I prefer the Sam's Club hotdog, but most would probably like the Costco dog better, just overhangs the bun too much for me.

I seem to have read where at least a few Costcos are requiring membership for the food court.

Rarely charge outside of home but got dinged 51 cents kWH at Tesla station in Fort Wayne Indiana today. I know I’d pay less if I had a Tesla membership but since it’s $13 month I’ll pass unless I’m going cross country. I’m curious though how profitable a charging station can be for the owners? I guess they paid 14 cents kWH to the utility suppliers so that Is a pretty good markup. Anyone got figures on cost/profit of charging stations?
