Early Access Broken?

I log into the Early Access Website frequently to make sure I’m not missing out on anything (and, as far as I can tell, I’m not ?). Today, when I logged in, I noticed that the image link for my car is now broken. Anyone think that perhaps this program is slowly gathering dust or something?

Early access is very much alive. However I think they have focused most of their resources on the OTA issues.

I am still in communication with the EA team. And all of the OTA's so far have come to cars in early access first.

Haha I know a lot about missing vehicle image issues!

I’ve finally got a ticket open for mine, which never shows up on FP or sites and I tracked down the bug and sent them screenshots, let’s see if anything happens. Waiting for the call to tell me to go to a dealer to fix it lol.

This has been happening to me for a few months. Ever since they sent out accidental invites to the program to those of us already in it, I haven't been able to log in.

I've had them respond to a few e-mails about it with the same "try clearing cookies/browser/etc" and last communication had them "looking into it".

When I log in I just get a constant refresh loop directing back and forth between earlyaccess.ford.com/consent and a longer consent url with api calls and whatnot.

No matter the browser it's always the same.

I had an issue logging in as well for a few weeks. It finally started working, not sure if they fixed it or what. I emailed them about it and they said they'd look into it, and when it started working I let them know, and it didn't sound like they hadn't done anything yet to fix it. But who knows. It also happened around the time I added my GT's VIN before I took delivery and had 2 cars on my account.

They can't enable BC for you, if they haven't gotten the OTA process working fully to enable it. We were close to getting it but that OTA issue put the brakes on a lot of things.

Do you have any type of filter/blocker in place? DNS, Proxy, AdFilter, VPN, etc.

Perhaps one of the subdomains that hosts Ford’s images was categorized incorrectly and is being blocked.

I tried signing up and get the "We are so excited to have you join Ford in building together. We’ll be in contact with you soon at [email protected]", but I haven't received anything. If I log back in, it starts over and asks me to enroll.

I see that my early access account seems to be connected to my FE, it mentions Blue Cruise which is not possible with my GT. I sent them an email to see if they can change my VIN in early access.
