Electrify America stations are regularly full now - is EA finally making money?

I just cancelled my EA Plan+. The state of their infrastructure and working stations is disappointing.

I just signed on with EVgo. I've used them. Plus the newly upgraded stations near where I live, at least a slot open from what I've been experiencing, using 3x a month. They gave me a plan I'll will try out.

I'll pay full price for EA because it is now unfortunately the backup.

Within the past few weeks I have seen ea stations full more than once. This is in Ohio. Pretty much every single time recently there have been multiple charging units out of service. It’s starting to become a real problem. Luckily I rarely fast charge.
