I'm a shareholder and I'm very happy. And yes it's a winner. All time price increased by 17,196%. Just in last 5 years up 1,294%.

Elon has had a cult of personality for years, and while there are certainly things he has been part of that have shaped the world we live in today, that doesn't make him immune to criticism.

I personally find him to be a very distasteful person with repulsive views in regards to social issues and his treatment of his workforces at Tesla and Twitter in particular. Many of his public statements from 2020 onward have been pretty unprofessional and offensive.

I once admired him but his views over the past few years have made me change that overall opinion of Musk as a person.

He's created great things, but I don't want any part of them whatsoever.

There is a core of people who will love him no matter what he does, and that's scary. Cults like that, whether it be in business or politics, never lead to good outcomes.

The Elon hate is comical. The amount of rent that gets paid because he lives in so many people's heads is astounding.

Yesterday I said on another forum "There's a lot of people who I don't agree with, but I don't let anyone live rent free in my head." referring to all the Elon haters. The response I got back was "I don’t know what you’re getting at with letting people live rent free in your head and I don’t need deeper insight into your inner workings, thanks." I just had to roll my eyes...

I do get a kick out of folks spending so much time talking about someone they don't like. Like you say, living rent free in their head and usually starting another thread to talk about him. ?
