We recently purchased a 24' ATC Quest enclosed car hauler to transport our Mach-E behind our motor home. With the trailer, we purchased 4 tie-down straps that will go around each wheel and then to a d-ring in the floor to secure the car.

Does anyone know if there are dedicated tie-down locations on the Mach-E? The video posted of the undercarriage shows what appears to be aluminum cross members at both the front and rear motors that it looks like a rubber coated hook could easily attach to.

I wish Ford would have made these car flat towable.

They are flat towable. You’re not hanging yours in the trailer from its bumper are you? ;)

They are not flat towable for more than 50 miles, speed not to exceed 35 MPH in emergency situations only per page 271 of the owners manual.

Just curious if the strap around the wheel is the easiest option to tie down inside the trailer or if there is other options.

I'd plan on using the wheels.

Having spent quite a bit of time under my Mach-E, wheel harness straps would be my choice for securing it to a trailer.
