Saw this post by doobster 6. "Yup….stupid dealer. Sadly, EVs are treated differently among dealers, which are each separately owned and managed. Find the ones committed to becoming an EV ‘Supersenter’."
Anyone know of a supersenter dealer in the Dallas area?

Not sure which post you are referring to or which dealer they were talking about but I and several in the DFW Mach-E Owner's club have had good experiences with the various Sam Pack's Five Star Ford dealerships in the metroplex. Specifically, I bought at the Carrolton location and have worked with both their service and collision center related to my Mach-E. I also have had some service done at the NRH location.

I think the best way is to look at inventory of Mach-E vs rest of their models. Maybe pick the closest ten, do the simple math, and start your investigation top to bottom. If they are committed to selling, they are probably investing some in servicing.

The advice you will get here is very subjective and not very useful, given the small sample size.
