Exposed Wire

So after many many months of being in the body shop from getting rear ended, I have my car back.

I noticed there is an exposed Wire at the bottom of the driver's side door jam. Was this always there,. I haven't had the car in 4 months and honestly don't remember.

pretty sure that's normal, it's the antenna wire for PAAK I believe

Mine has it too. It looks like it is thought about because there is a connector there that clips into the body but seems kind of out of place. I did a double take when I first saw it too.
