In a couple months I was going to have a Grizzl-E Duo installed in my driveway however when I measured the 24' I'm worried I'm going to need 5-6 more for one of the cords. I'm not married to Grizzl-E but this is for outdoor uncovered use in the rainy PNW and it needs to accommodate two cars. Does anyone know if the Grizzl-E cords can be extended or if there's a better solution? I'm going to have professional electricians install it as part of a whole home re-wire project so anything is on the table.

I think UL limits the cord length to 25’. But if you don’t care about UL listing, there are plenty of J1772 extension cables available on Amazon.

Yeah they all only come as 25' max. You should think about your charger placement carefully. Most people will want to mount it on the side of the garage next to the garage door. That should cover two cars parked in front of a double garage door. If you are parking one behind the other then you should mount it on a post between the cars (electrician will have to trench it out to the post).

Just a suggestion but maybe clear out your garage so you can park one car inside it and the other behind it. Then one location on the wall by the garage door will reach, and that's a simpler/cheaper install then trenching to a post further down the driveway.

I did not know those existed and that's a perfect solution. Thanks!
