If it happens again, try unplugging the charger from the wall and plugging it back in. If the charger then starts up, it's a charger problem.

If that doesn't work, it might be a problem at the breaker, which would likely be a loose connection in the breaker box, which is something you would want to get fixed right away. I'd go so far as to recommend turning the breaker off and not using it until it's fixed.
Thanx. All the connections are real tight. Will check with IR camera when charging later. 30 amps for a long time is an unusual load around here.

You might want to get an electrician to look at your wiring and certify everything according to you local code. If you are using the portable charging plug that comes with the car then it only needs 50amp circuit breaker. If you want to upgrade to Ford's hard wired EVSE, then you need 60 amps.

My first GrizzE charger acted like this, they replaced it under warranty. Had a bad batch of components from a supplier that caused the issue. That was just over a year ago but you never know, that supplier may have just foisted said returned component on another unsuspecting manufacturer.
