The site's definition of Mid-Atlantic is DC, DE, MD, PA, VA, WV. They have you in the Tri-States. I think we should be open to interloping neighbors, though!
Well, technically, “tri-state” is PA, NJ, DE, although we also call it the Delaware Valley ?

Really wondering if I picked correctly with the RWD vs. the AWD - really wanted all the range I could and have heard that EV RWD is different than how ICE RWD perform...mainly in snow and ice (because we get a lot down in Richmond - ha)
RWD story: Was getting mine into the garage the other night, and there was a sweet sheet of ice in the driveway. My garage has a 1.5" lip that you have to drive over. I was pulling up to it slowly and then hitting the "gas" to get over the slip. Car slipped on the ice every time. I had to back up and get enough speed to go up-and-over the lip without stopping (which is fun when your garage is stupidly small).

On the other hand, accelerating around a corner with RWD is pretty fun.

Mine's left my town headed south to it's final rail destination in Winston-Salem. Hoping it makes it there tonight. Will then depend how quickly they get it trucked out from there.

Same here! ETA is March 10th for me

...and this is where we are looking to move to! Right now we are in a race to see what will happen first... settle on a house we like or the MME arrives and payment added to my credit report ?

Probably Tri-State! Where in LI are you? My in-laws are there so we used to visit several times per year (pre-pandemic). Already planned my route in the MME once we can head up there.
Right smack in the middle. I’m in Nassau. There is an EA charging station right off the Belt Pkwy if you’re heading up this way. You may want to check on your in laws. The snow we got this week was no joke. It ripped the gutters off and literally crushed my barbecue.

I'm up for it.
I'm right across the river in Silver Spring. A meet-up is definitely in order. How about that cars & coffee in Chantilly I've heard about?

-- wait, jumping a curb leaving cars & coffee is optional, right?

Up for that, too. Every Sunday morning.

As of yesterday, mine has made it to DE. Let's see how long it takes to get down to the DC area.

A meet-up will be fun when a bunch of us have our toys. Then we'll get to see the fun license plates that people have chosen.

We must have been on the same train. Mine arrive in Wilmington last night, too.

I would totally be up for a Mach E meet once vaccinations become the norm

I'm fine with a meetup sooner -- just pick nice weather and we'll stay outside.
