Flushing brake fluid

I take my MME GT PE to the track and I want to flush the OEM brake fluid with something like Castrol SRF. I boiled the fluid at my last track day.
I have googled, but I don't see any tutorials on flushing the brake fluid.

Does anyone have a work shop manual that they can export the relevant pages with directions?
I'm hoping I don't need some fancy Ford diagnostic tool or special pressure bleeder to bleed the brakes.
