in January 2024 my early '21 had a rare problem where the main battery heater was activated during L2 charging. A forum member who may have been a Ford employee had Ford Field Service reach out to me. The field service rep then contacted my dealer and coached them through the repair process. (The problem was hardware - firmware incompatability). I was very impressed with Ford's responsiveness and expertise. Very grateful here.

yup - I'm in agreement - Ford & Brian (not AI) - are doing a good job. Almost 35K MME's sold this year and most owners (myself included) have very few problems!

It should be noted that there's a TON of very helpful info here provided by some very clever MME owners.

Perhaps MME owners are - "cooler" - than some others?

Gotta go now - time to tear it up in my Rally (truthfully, it's just a grocery run, but the Rally makes it fun)

Done. I said this in the questionnaire (so you can figure out my response) but I think you, Brian, do a great job, but that the "role" that the questionnaire tends to refer to as "Brian" is hampered by what Ford will allow you to talk about. A normal problem, I know.

Since you are here and engaging. I will offer my biggest comment. I think we all would like an announcement that Blue Cruise will be free for existing customers moving forward. Its cool somewhat experimental/evolving tech, but the value proposition is questionable and the rollout of updates have been slow and disappointing with the latest reserved for only the newest cars. Many of us paid at retail a higher fee for several years use of BC than the current offered rate. At minimum what we paid should be extended out to cover the cost at the current rate as rates have dropped!!!

I'm not sure regarding Germany, but I'll ask my friends across the ocean.

Hi Mustang Mach-E owners,

First, I want to thank everyone for making me feel welcomed as I do my best to contribute and provide support on behalf of Ford in this forum. Earlier this year we launched a survey to hear more about what you want to see from Ford. Today I'm sharing a follow up survey to see how we have been doing, and where we can continue to improve.

While I haven’t managed to action all the feedback provided, please do know that the data helps me ask the right people the right questions, and helps to guide product teams on improving your ownership experience.

The survey is anonymous and will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Your participation is greatly appreciated!

Edit: Survey is now closed.

Thanks!
Brian, not AI, from Ford
Wish I would have seen the survey before it closed. Glad you and Ford are engaged here and looking for our feedback!
