wonder what news is announced about the mach-e and lightening.

they are stating an 8% margin on EVs by 2026. Mentioning software subscriptions.

I haven't heard anything new so far. Next Gen Model e truck and 3 row SUV launching in 2025. LFP battery plant in MI coming online in 2026. 90% of the lithium that is needed for our future battery needs has been contracted already with IRA compliant companies in Canada, Australia and Chile. As well as working on sources within the USA. Canada assembly plant will also produce EVs. Lot's of talk of reducing complexity in the products to reduce manufacturing costs.

Oh and there's a 20% take rate on BC renewals.

But that's not reality, because it's 2021 owners that got a free year and haven't paid a dime yet, and now are being offered 3 years for $600 vs. the possible $800 per year, right? And very low.

One item I picked up earlier was related to subscriptions and fleet customers. there a very individual consumer focus here, but we don’t have a view to what fleet owners would purchase. This was on a cnbc spot.

i read this as the prioritized commercial, ford pro, over retail.
