21s-24s got 250kWh of free charging but that was discontinued earlier this year. You should still have your unused balance - I had maybe 150 left, but I traded the 21 in for a 24 in August. And lost my balance.

Good luck trying to figure out your balance.

That's just plain petty on Ford's part. I was saving the 400+ kWh balance for a road trip this Fall, had no inkling they would snatch half of it away just like that.
