Does this have to do with your posts about just buying a 23 and the MSRP dropped on the 23.5?
I don’t think you’ll get anywhere with that one.
For one thing, and Ford is very clear about this on their website, the “s” in MSRP stands for “suggested.” The final selling price is and has always been negotiated between you and your dealer.
Ford corporate and legal won’t be able to help.
