Ford maps trip planner

Does anyone know how to work this properly. I try to plan a trip and pick my chargers appropriately but it ignores my selected chargers and seems to choose the most expensive ones. This happens both in car and the Ford app. It is very frustrating. I end up just having to ignore it completely and use Apple Maps instead.
I have ionity programmed in but it ignores it and says to drive to another charger instead

I am watching this thread. I am planning a trip and have been experiencing this.

I think it sees the ionity chargers as slow chargers and just ignores them. This is one of their main in network chargers though surely you should be able to prioritise this over say Porsche chargers for example.
