Ford Options $2,500 rebate

So i have been watching this closely and want to see if anyone has any input.
I was looking to buy when the deal said Must take delivery by 7/28 then it changed to 9/30 when i ordered my GT. If I go to my reservation page, it has the $2,500 rebate attwched but says must take delivery by 9/30. I ordered 7/9.

if i go to build one now the rebate expires 10/4. Are they still going to honor the rebate even if delivery is wayafter? (Production date week of 10/11)

anyone have any insight?
And who can i contact at ford to get an answer?

They will honor whatever is in place when you take delivery.

When you order, a dealer can lock incentives so you get either time of order or time of delivery, whichever group of incentives is better. If they don't lock them, then you get whatever is there at time of delivery.

I expect them to keep extending it.
