As a tangent (because going off on tangents is my speciality), my wife gets 100% of the Mach-e related emails from Ford. All of them. On the other hand, I get 100% of the Raptor emails from Ford. The Raptor is registered with Ford in her name and email, the Mach-e with mine. I am not making this up.

I tried for months to get them to fix it.
In the end, just did my "oil changes" under her name.
