Maybe it's a bad interaction with one of your browser extensions? Check the "..." > Extensions list, or try going to the site via an InPrivate tab.

Firefox? Works for me. Edge also works for me.

When I tried to reserve my Lightning, I couldn't get the payment page to load with Firefox. Switched to Edge and it worked fine....FWIW
