Scroll up. Right above the word Good and the green check mark it says Vehicle Health. Tap on that button and you will see the page.

Not sure this applies to this problem, but try setting Google Maps location permission to "Allow all the time". This has fixed other location related issues for me.

After days of trying to avoid updating, my Ford Pass just got updated and I can't go back. I am trying to live with it but there are so many dead buttons.
For example on the home screen the LOCATION button is dead: I tap on it and nothing happens. So it no longer shows that my MME is at home?
Then on the Energy screen, PUBLIC CHARGING is dead: I tap it and nothing happens. What is supposed to happen? Is it supposed to show nearby chargers? Well, if so, mine doesn't.
What happened to the Plug and Charge screen? Is it gone? Or is it hidden someplace?
On so many other buttons I only get a message, "enable charge locations in vehicle". So why have a phone app if I have to do everything in the vehicle??!! I can't even search for nearby chargers unless I am in the car, can I? Someone please help us understand how to use the new version.

One thing that would help on posts like this would be for the person who is asking for help to include some basic information such as type of device they are using, operating system version and year/trim level of car. For instance, I have iphone 13 on iOS 17 and app version 5.0.1 and none of these problems as described are happening.

An update on this:

My dealership finally got the parts for last year's charging recall, and managed to get this three hours of work done over the course of four days. This caused all our phones to suddenly acquire the missing buttons. So we're all good. If you're having missing buttons still, try contacting your service department.

I badly miss the route planning on the FordPass app and the ability to send it to my car. It's a complete regression from what the app used to be able to do.
