Hello all! I’m at 8,900 miles and plan on scheduling my 10k service soon. I got on the FordPass app to schedule my service. When I got to step 2 of 5, a “ev maintenance” option or something along those lines weren’t an option. The only options listed were ICE services besides tire rotation and wipers. Does this mean the dealer doesn’t do Mach E services? Or, do I need to call them to schedule it instead? Also saw some ford dealers have an appointment free option, similar to a quick lube or Valvoline speed oil change shop. Can I get a drive up Mach E inspection? Thanks everyone! I appreciate your help!

I'd call the dealer and schedule service and make sure they are EV Certified, if not purchasing dealer.

The FordPass app is notoriously unreliable. I've not used this particular feature but it doesn't surprise me that it is buggy

I appreciate the insight. I was hoping to get the tune up done locally (in my city) as apposed to driving to the dealership of purchase. It’s about 30 miles away and there are a handful of ford dealers within 10 miles. Is there any difference with going to the purchase dealership or using any random ford dealer (if EV certified)?
Once I figure out what dealer to use, I’ll be calling them! Thanks again ?

Just go to any dealer you feel comfortable with. Dealers seem to still not have the proper maintenance intervals in there system, so ask about price as people get lucky and only get charged $20/$35 up to $100. All they're really doing is checking hoses, tire rotation and the usual inspection of the car - brakes, tires, etc. The air filter is really easy to change, so do that yourself!

Yes, go to any EV Certified dealer. Ask about price. I paid $23.87 in Maryland for my 10k service and $19.99 in TN for the 20k service. It should be a reasonable amount considering it's jut a tire rotation and fluid check

yes that is very reasonable! I was expecting $100+. I have enough dealership choices around so shouldn’t be an issues finding an inexpensive one!
