FordPass App Stuck?!

So last Friday I had to charge my 22 ME GT to 100%. All was well.

Then I noticed that the FordPass app was tuck at 100% charge and never updates?!

I have recharged it back 85% as my daily charge and the ME charges fine but the FordPass app is stuck at 100% and never logs the charges past that.

What I have done so far:

1. Restarted the mobile app
2. Log out of the app and relogged back in
3. Started the ME and did a screen reboot
4. Deleted the FordPass app, reinstalled, and logged back in
5. Restarted my iPhone

All to no avail!

My app is still stuck at 100% charge. I have performed other functions on the app to see if it will resync with the ME, but no luck either.

Any thoughts?

Just one. Ford pass always has and probably always will have a mind of it's own.

And now, I tried to re-enable the PaaK and it is not connecting to the ME, big sigh...

Any my last update was the Power-Up update. This intermittent problem of not syncing with the mobile app started with that update!

Well, imagine that. All of a sudden the app synced and it now shows the correct charge. But now, the PaaK process cannot connect to the ME to re-set it up?!

Gotta love the gremlins...

I know not everyone had great experience with the FordPass app support group but I gotta give them kudos today. I called about my Paak issue of not being able to reinstall it and they walked me through and it worked!

TY TY TY FordPass support!

Now I will see if my ME recognizes the charger tonight!

As I posted elsewhere, I was unable to do a Remote Start yesterday until I was in bluetooth range, showing that FordPass was having server issues.

That was hammered home today when my utility company tried, via Ford (joint program) to modify my charging hours and failed, because of the server issues.

It really is mystifying to me how these issues can go on and on and on. I understood why in Spring 2022 there were issues. So, go buy more servers, add more programmers, modify code. It's now almost Spring 2023 and these issues continue to exist.

I'm having same issues this morning. Stuck at 100% and location hasn't updated for 19 hours.

Update - my FordPass mobile app did recognize the charger and has been updating just fine now. Crossing my fingers and toes....
