FordPass app trouble...anyone else have this problem?

I have a new Mach E (thank you Ford buy back). It is in the app, and all the current stats show up for it.

When I charge at home, the app puts "home" in the history, and I enter my settings. Then I go to "work" and charge. The "home" info - everything, no history of it at all - is gone, and I can only see "work". Then I charge again at "home", and "work" totally disappears.

Very frustrating, as the car is always charging to 100% because the app believes I've never been there before, as I go to each every other time.

Did you try entering settings in the car instead of using the app? What gets set in the car is what controls things, and FordPass seems to have all kinds of random issues getting things sorted out with the car.
I basically only use the app for monitoring and an occasional remote start.

Same here.
"Charge to 100%" button in FordPass seems to work pretty reliably for me as well.

Yeah, forgot about that one…..I don’t use it often.

The car is the same as the app....no history of charging stations.
