Hi All,
I bought my first 2022 (MY 21) Mach E last week. I’m based in the UK and having a nightmare with the Ford Pass app. I originally had it activated, however it stopped responding.
Signed out and tried to sign back in and it didn’t recognise my details.
Re-created my account and tried to re-activate but the app said it was unable to authorise. Signed out and back in and it said I needed to request access from the owner.
Performed Ford Connect and full system resets, deleted and reset the account and even created a new account and the same thing happens.
Spoke to Ford Support who said it’s a dealer reset which is chargeable as I’m not in warranty
Has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve it?
