FordPass Charge Logs

Up until about a month ago my FordPass app would monitor my level 2 charge session. I was able to see charge level, duration and KW as the session proceeded. Now the app does not recognize the fact that the car is plugged in and charging. I know the app is "sketchy" at best. Is there any correction for the issue I am experiencing? Thanks for any help.

A variation on a theme, has the depth of the log file changed?

I noticed this past week I can only see ~30 days worth of charging activity. Has this always been the case, or did something change here?

Is there a way to pull the older charge logs since the car was first purchased? Is there a way to download and save this information to a home computer?

No charge logs for me since my car was Master Reset (at dealer amidst many updates) in May. No trip logs, etc.

Also, no notifications when a charge completes.

iPhone Pro 13, iOS always up-to-date, latest FordPass.
