Hi, sometime in the past couple of days my FordPass and online data relative to my vehicle is stale. I also can't seem to update settings like my charge schedule, tries to save but times out. I've confirmed that my Wi-Fi connection is good. My Bluetooth features and PaaK work fine. Is the issue the cellular connection? Is there any way to reset that from inside vehicle, or do I need to do 12v reset? Or is this a cloud issue with them? I don't see any other posts so assume it's my vehicle. Thanks!

If it was a cloud issue, more of us would be complaining.

Yes, do a 12v reset, and that should clean up any phlegm that your modules may have

Alternatively, you can pull fuse 21/22 in the passenger footwell.

And...of course I lost the screw for the - disconnect. I know it was 13mm socket. Anyone know what the M thread is?

Possibly a coincidence, but I feel like some things in the app and on the website are different now. 6.0 is new so it could have changed then and I wasn't paying attention. Or this is a hiccup related to the 6.0 deployment.

So once I disconnected 12v and did BMS resets, I'm back in sync.

Please restart your phone first. It is the number one issue.
Check Ford.com second to see if it is updated
If not, go to the connectivity screen in Sync and verify you have a cellular connection by the Hotspot slider.
Only if you don't have connectivity, should you pull fuse 21/22 to reset your gateway
12v reset is a last resort.

Yea I tried all the things you mentioned except fuse box. 12v did the trick.

Yep, if you get to the connectivity screen with no service, it is likely the modem hung - hopefully it hung due to an update and not a hardware glitch. I had to do a couple of restarts when mine was new, but it's been stable for the last couple of years. 2022.

This happened to me two weeks ago. I tried everything except pulling the fuse. Doing a full connectivity reset from the car fixed it for me. Then it stopped working again the following day. Magically started working again 24 hours later. I have a service appointment next week. Scheduled it when it was not working. I’ll report back if they find anything.

Note- one of the first steps was updating phone app to v6. That alone made no difference. Updated to v6.1 a few days ago.

I'm only seeing a 6.0 app for Android. Regardless though, not sure if this is/was app related because FordPass web site showed the same inaccuracies. It must be something with cellular. I had not had to do a 12v reset in my 18 months owning the vehicle.

By the way, does anyone have a guide on the reset procedure? I had the holes pre-drilled, so was easy to access but I was unclear on whether to fully remove the screw. It seemed like that was the only way to get it loose enough.
