I have had my 2023 Mach-E for 6 weeks. The message from Day 1 has been "The vehicle cannot be activated at this time. Please try again once you've taken delivery of your vehicle".
The dealership disconnected the fuses to the TCU for a short time and reconnected - didn't work.
Engineers have supposedly been working on it. I've received 3 calls from FordPass asking if it is working yet.
I've removed the vehicle from my FordPass and added it back daily, I've done all the resets on the car and I still get the message.
Does anyone else have this problem?
