Anybody had or having issues with FordPass not updating the range? I tried signing out, uninstalling and reinstalling and a restart. No change. Added FordPass to my Google Home, still shows the same range from 18 hours ago.

update: can’t remote lock, unlock or start too.

That's just how Ford pass is, unfortunately. As of now the car goes to sleep about 10 minutes after parking. At that point remote start, lock, and unlock are non functional. Updates to car charge and range also stop.

There are two exceptions to this:
1) if the car is currently charging
2) you are within bluetooth range and using PAAK the remote functions work

Supposedly there will be an update to the car later to fix this.

As a side note, I've noticed that if the car happens to be awake, often times I'll pull to refresh on the app and it'll stop loading, and then 30-40 seconds later the app actually shows the updated info

yeah, I have force refreshed the app in the past and it worked. In this case, my MME is charging in my garage. I even tried powering on the car, unplugging the L2 and plugging back in. Nothing for the last 19 hours.

Hmm, yes, that is odd... In case whenever I have the car charging, it does give me near instantaneous updates.. the only other things I can think of are either

the car does not have a good data connection (or wifi)

Or sometimes, I've notice the car will go to sleep once it is finished charging, even if it is still plugged into the wall

Yeah. Frustrating. I do know it’s the car/account end of things, as it won’t load on my iPhone, my wife’s iPhone and our Google Nest Hub

Did you happen to get the recent PAAK recall update installed at your dealer? I'm convinced that the update bricked or misconfigured my car's modem, and this is one of the symptoms.

I haven’t, but I did just get the latest auto update via OTA, and I have a feeling that is to blame.
